Susan Causey is program manager for the Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum, a non-profit organization founded by HRH The Prince of Wales in response to the emerging social challenges of economic growth and change in the global economy. Ms. Causey has researched economic and social development in the Urals and has taught economic history, with a special focus on Russia. She has also worked as a magazine and book editor, focusing on politics, social development, and the arts. In the past decade, she has managed and designed training programs to develop skills for managing transition in the cultural sector in the St. Petersburg, Arkhangelks, Moscow, and Leningrad regions. She is the joint editor of Museums, Marketing, Management, a training manual for Russian museum professionals, and of Working with the Private Sector: Sponsorship or Partnership, a publication designed to facilitate private sector support for non-profit organizations in Russia's cultural sector. Ms. Causey received a degree in Russian studies from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She attended Cultural Institutions in Transition, 2002.
