Jacinta Tabwegamo Sabiiti is the coordinator for bilateral cooperation and a principal medical officer at the Ministry of Health Headquarters in Uganda, responsible for palliative care. She has previously worked as a program manager for the National Micronutrient Deficiency Prevention and Control Program, for the National Food Fortification Program and for the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) Project at the same Ministry. Prior to joining the Ministry of Health, she worked as a medical officer at Mulago National Referral Hospital as well as at Entebbe Grade A Hospital. She received a bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery and a master's in medicine - public health from Makerere University.
