Ernest Mokganedi is the current director of the TFCA in South Africa, utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of public policy development, public policy implementation, labor relations, and dispute resolution. Previously, he led and coordinated the functions of the directorate responsible for the establishment, development, and management of the TFCAs in the SADC region. In addition, Mr. Mokganedi has extensive knowledge in facilitating multi-disciplinary stakeholder forums and implementing complex international projects. This knowledge was acquired through years of chairing international meetings and coordinating the planning, financing, and development of infrastructure projects within the TFCAs.
