Young Dae You is a program manager at the Capacity Building Center, Korea Development Institute (KDI) School of Public Policy and Management. He has worked at KDI for 13 years serving as program officer. As an education and training program arm of KDI, the Capacity Building Center has been performing short-term capacity building programs for government officers and experts from various countries such as China, India, Thailand, Morocco, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos Myanmar, Saudi Arabia and CIS countries.
