Christine Gitau works at Craft Afrika, a social enterprise with a mission to develop domestic and regional markets for contemporary artisan and design products in Nairobi, Kenya. Christine works as a consultant on three international programs within the East African region, which are Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI-EU), Design Network Africa (DNA), and Intracen. She is a 2014 East Africa Acumen fellow. Christine is a Fellow of Session 561, Beyond Green: The Arts as a Catalyst for Sustainability, in 2016 , and a Facilitator of the YCI Forum in 2017, and 2018.
