Philip Chow is an entrepreneur working at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), youth development, and resource deployment. As the CEO of Humanitas Technologies (Humanitas.AI), Mr. Chow and his team apply a variety of AI-powered social and technological innovations to rewrite system incentives impeding socioeconomic developments. He was previously the advisor to the CEO of FiscalNote, the leading AI and big data startup delivering predictive analytics of governmental action. Mr. Chow is committed to gender equality and serves on the board of Lean In China (a community of 100,000+ women from 100+ universities & 30 cities) as well as the ambassador for She Loves Tech (a global initiative to encourage women participation in tech). He graduated with Honors from Western University, Canada, and had pursued advanced studies at Stanford University and Singularity University.
