Maria Anna De Rosas-Ignacio (Co-Chair) is a partner of Property Solutions Incorporated, a business entity offering expertise and creative solutions to problems of purchasing land and securing housing in Quezon City. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Harnessing Self-Reliant Initiatives and Knowledge, Inc. that deals with projects for the urban poor, women, youth, children and resettled communities. Mrs. Rosas-Ignacio is also an adviser to the Partnership of Philippines Support Service Agencies, Inc., and was national coordinator from 1990 to 1998. Until October 2000 she served as project director for the Human Resource Center of the Ateneo de Manila University and as a local consultant for the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction. From 1993 to 1998, as city coordinator for the Philippines for the Mega-Cities Project, she oversaw a project designed to gather innovative ideas on coping with urban life in Metro Manila. She established and served as executive director of the Foundation for Development Alternatives from 1987 to 1991. Mrs. Rosas-Ignacio received a B.S. in business management and is currently an M.A. candidate at Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines.
