Emmanuel Owusu-Ansah is an adjunct senior lecturer at Mountcrest University College in Kanda, Ghana. In addition, he sits in as an external examiner for the award of master of public health degrees at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Emmanuel retired from public service in 2016, having served as the director and head of the Policy Analysis Unit of the Ministry of Health. He is a board director of the Switchback Development Limited Project of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust of Ghana. He holds a B.A. from the University of Ghana, an M.A. from the South Bank University, London, an M.Sc. degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, in Kumasi, Ghana, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Dortmund in Germany. Emmanuel is a Fellow of Session 536, New Paradigms for Behavioral and Mental Health Care, in 2014.
