Ivica Dacic is the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia. He served on the delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe; chaired his partys Parliamentary Group in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and in the Assembly of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia; was delegate in the Chamber of Citizens of the Federal Assembly of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia; and is deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. Mr. Dacic is recipient of The Best European award. He received a B.A. degree from the University of Belgrade, School of Political Science.
