I'm Patrick Wilson and I'm studying Journalism in Bournemouth in the UK. I am originally from Cornwall which is in the very South-West of England and is my favourite place in the world. I have a keen interest in video games and professional wrestling so this is where I focus most of my reporting work and opinion pieces as well as my interests in movies and cinema. I also have a keen interest in theatre. I love making people laugh, it's something that has always been a passion of mine and I have an interest in stand up comedy. I am hugely interested in digital technologies and their use to connect people from all over the world. As part of a gaming podcast relating to game modifications it has been incredibly interesting to be able to schedule and record with people from all over the world simultaneously. I find it fascinating how the internet is making our world more connected and allowing us to see the world as a smaller unit rather than a huge disconnected space. The ability to connect to people beyond our physical capabilities is a fascinating concept to me. I'm looking forward to seeing the world outside England for myself.
