James D. Boys is an associate professor of international political studies at Richmond University in London. He is a political historian specialising in the study of the United States and its place in the world. His book, Clinton's Grand Strategy, was published by Bloomsbury in 2015. Biteback will publish his follow up book, Hillary Rising, in 2016. He is already working on his third book, Clinton's War on Terror, which will be released by Lynne Rienner in 2018. Dr. Boys has worked at Richmond University in London since 2006. From 2010 to 2013 he was the inaugural director of the Postgraduate Program in International Relations. Dr. Boys held a Visiting Fellowship at the University of North Dakota's Centre for Human Rights and Genocide Studies in 2010 and was a senior visiting research fellow at King's College, London from 2012 to 2015. He is a regular contributor to Sky News and the BBC on issues pertaining to American politics and international affairs.
