Hi-Won Yoon is president for international affairs and director of the center for multicultural education at Seoul National University (SNU). In addition, she is associate dean for research affairs and professor of Korean education at SNU, president of the Korea Research Association of Evaluation, vice-president and member of the national curriculum committee for the Korea Association of Foreign Language Education. Her research and teaching focuses on language education, teacher training and educational administration. She has a diploma and doctorate in linguistics from the University of Paris, France.
