Herbert Gleason, USA
Practicing lawyer in Boston for 45 years, mostly in the fields of municipal law, real estate development, and health care. Former chairman of the board of Health and Hospitals of the City of Boston. Founder and former director of the Neighborhood Health Plan. Served on the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission and the Boston Parks and Recreation Commission. Graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School. Has been involved with the Salzburg Seminar since 1949. Served as clerk of the Seminar when it was incorporated in 1950, acting president in 1986 and currently secretary of the board of directors. Served on numerous Salzburg Seminar faculties.
