Building Leadership Skills through Theater
A transformational experience for executives and professionals from all sectors who want to flex, adapt and evolve their leadership style to suit different audiences. As a leader you are constantly in the spotlight, with everything you do, highly visible and subject to interpretation by all those with whom you interact: your team, your public, and your clients. From research we also know that the culture of an enterprise is determined very largely by the perceived behaviour of its leaders – how you behave therefore sends powerful messages to those you wish to lead and inspire, the influence of a leader is determined significantly not just by what you say but by how you say it.
This workshop gives you, like a rehearsal room, a safe space to build on your strengths, to develop a new range of possibilities, and to be yourself with more skill. You will learn the foundations of communications that guide your personal and professional success.
One of the most powerful forms of communication is our ability to be an inspirational storyteller. Consider the opportunities and strengths of a theatrical lens which has two perspectives. One is a personal axis: what you do and how you communicate. The second axis considers the impact you have on others: what an audience wants and needs. In theater, impact, visibility, passion, presence, vision, flexibility, resilience, authenticity, creativity and courage are all crucial components of performance.
This workshop is designed for executives and professionals from all sectors with experience in leadership roles, including MBA graduates seeking to refresh their leadership and public speaking skills. The program welcomes participants from all functions and units within all kinds of organizations who are eager to learn a new set of capabilities. Fluency in English is required.
The workshop will provide a safe and intimate space in which participants can build on their strengths, develop new techniques, and enhance their self-awareness and skills. This two-day workshop will take place in one of the most beautiful and state-of-the art conference and training centers in the Salzburg area: Schloss Leopoldskron.

The fee for the workshop is EUR 400.00 per participant including the cost of the program, program materials, lunch and dinner. Bed & breakfast for two nights in the newly refurbished Meierhof, on the grounds of Hotel Schloss Leopoldskron, is EUR 250,00.
