Fees and Scholarship Information

The participation fee is HK$27,500, which includes registration fee, as well as full accommodation and meals for the duration of the program. Limited scholarship support is available for selected participants.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through November 6, 2017. If your application is accepted upon email confirmation, payment will be due within five (5) business days.  Payment can be made via credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or by bank transfer. Registration confirmation email will be sent to applicants upon receipt of full payment by a specified date. For those who pay by bank transfer, confirmation will ONLY be made upon receipt of payment proof through email.

Cancellation Fees: In case of cancellation, a participant may transfer registration to another member of the participant's organization (city, department, firm, etc.) upon mutual agreement. Alternatively:

·         Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund

·         Cancellation 30 days or less before the event, but more than 14 days: 25% refund

·         Cancellation less than 14 days before the event: no refund
