Elena Said's artistic practice integrates eco-criticism with AI. Currently, she balances her roles as a digital artist and visiting lecturer at the University of Malta, where she teaches programming and AI in art. Her master's dissertation focused on utilizing machine vision technology to analyze cranes in photos of the Maltese landscape, generating data for eco-critical artworks showcased at an exhibition at Spazju Kreattiv, Valletta, in June 2023. Additionally, she has an upcoming chapter in 'Artificial Intelligence, Co-Creation, and Creativity: The New Frontier for Innovation.' Elena's interdisciplinary background in art history enriches her exploration of digital art, emphasizing her dedication to pushing the boundaries of artistic expression. She recently earned her Master of Fine Arts in Digital Arts from the University of Malta.
