Xiomara Enriquez is a leadership programs officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) in Battle Creek, Michigan, USA. In this role, she supports foundation efforts to promote thriving children, working families and equitable communities. Xiomara is part of the foundation's DNA-Leadership core team. She provides oversight in designing, developing, coordinating, and implementing the engagement strategy for WKKF's Global Fellows Network. Xiomara works collaboratively to advance WKKF-s vision for its fellows' network: to expand, strengthen, sustain, and galvanize interconnections and intra-connections of intergenerational, cross-cultural leaders and WKKF fellows to advance positive change to benefit children, families, and communities around the globe. She brings over 12 years in institutional philanthropy and seven years of nonprofit experience.
