Pat Turner

Patricia Turner serves as a consultant, navigator, and executive coach to foundations, corporations, universities, and non-profit organizations. Those interested in leadership, strategic alignment, and change management seek her expertise in professional and program development. Colleagues and clients appreciate her unique approach to organizational challenges. Having been both a trustee and staff member of institutions in the fields of social service, arts and culture, higher education, and health, she understands all perspectives. As a social entrepreneur, she was the founding executive director of Imagine It, The Children's Museum of Atlanta, The Indiana Youth Institute, Girls Incorporated's National Resource Center, as well as Executive Vice President of the tenth Pan American Games. In her role as a healing practitioner for racial equity and transformation, Pat continues to work with local and national groups interested in meeting today's societal challenges. A long-time consultant to the W.K. Kellogg Foundation's leadership initiatives, Pat has shared expertise, designed, and facilitated national and global learning experiences, and fostered the personal and professional growth of fellows.
