Laura Rath

Vice President of Programs, Archstone Foundation, USA

Laura Rath, PhD, MSG, (she/her) is Vice President of Programs at Archstone Foundation. She provides oversight for the Foundation's grant programs to provide equitable, coordinated care for older Californians and their caregivers. She brings two decades of leadership and experience in the non-profit and philanthropic sectors. Since joining the Foundation in 2005, she has provided management of several of the foundation's programmatic portfolios, including Elder Abuse and Neglect, End-of-Life & Palliative Care, Depression in Late-Life, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Both personally and professionally, her work is focused on improving the health, quality of life, and security of people of all ages. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Summer Harvest and served on the Board of Directors for Grantmakers In Aging (GIA). She holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California (USC) Leonard Davis School of Gerontology.
