Diana Skeete is a subject matter expert in aligning workforce inclusion with corporate strategic objectives. She is a trusted adviser, critical-friend and strategic HR, health and wellbeing specialist, with over 20 years experience supporting business leaders, senior management teams and central government departments, to build inclusive workplaces. Diana has also been instrumental in creating some of the most innovative and ambitious diversity, equity and inclusion programmes, including Diversity Works for London and Take Our Sons & Daughters to Work (UK). She is currently working on a project to support employers and healthcare professionals improve the experiences of people facing challenges whilst transitioning through the menopause. Diana has a Masters degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics.
