Lauri K. Fink is senior program officer at Hillman Family Foundations (HFF) where she evaluates grants from a wide variety of nonprofits for foundations associated with the Hillman family, including the Henry L. Hillman Foundation, Hillman Foundation, Elsie H. Hillman Foundation, Mary Hillman Jennings Foundation, and Polk Foundation. She has been with the foundations since 2008. Prior to HFF, Fink was director of development for Auberle and Family Hospice and Palliative Care and director of planned giving for Washington & Jefferson College and Lycoming College. She began her career in banking, working for 11 years at a community bank in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, primarily in trust and investment management. Lauri Fink holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Penn State University. Other achievements include completion of Leadership Pittsburgh XXVII and the Women in Leadership Program from Coro Center for Civic Leadership. She serves as vice president of the board of directors for Wood Street Commons and board treasurer at Second Avenue Commons, and as a trustee for Awesome Pittsburgh. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband.
