Tetiana Herasymova is director of Fight For Right, a Ukrainian human rights organization that defends the quality implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine. Tetiana was invited to join the Fight For Right team as an alumna of the LIDERKA, school of political participation, which was conducted by the organization. After two years, Tetiana was promoted from SMM manager to director. Since the beginning of the Russian war in Ukraine, Fight For Right has organized emergency response and the entire team learned how to evacuate people and work with case management. Tetiana was honored to present the organization's work on the international level at the UN CRPPD Conference in June 2022 and in Swedish Parliament, November 2022. She is a human rights activist with three years of experience in the public sector and researches the rights of women with disabilities. Her education is in finance.
