Ying Liu is a recent postgraduate with a background in marketing strategy and innovation from Bayes Business School in London, UK. During this period, she has run over 15 projects to support more than 200 Chinese students' careers through collaboration with marketing teams at Bayes as the president of the Chinese Career Society. Previously graduated from the University of Sussex, UK, with a BSc degree in business and management studies. She successfully drove public policy by conducting research at different levels as a student researcher and raised interest and passion to support more people from ethnic minority backgrounds via policy change. In her professional experience, Ying volunteered for a minority group at Chinese Women in the City which is a female community in the UK. Ying worked as a project manager, event planner and content creator toward the goal to boost female career development and increase female visibility at work.
