Idrissa Kaba is an international development, communication and public policy advisor. Idrissa is currently a consultant working on matters as wide as development projects monitoring and evaluation, public outreach strategies, tropical health, humanitarian and development actors' security, fundraising strategy, youth empowerment, data analysis, or knowledge dissemination, etc. He holds degrees in political science and international relations (with peace and conflicts specialization) among others. His work experience and interests have always lied at the nexus of communications, international cooperation and public policy. Accordingly, he has worked in Belgian politics, diplomacy and for development entities (like a UN's agency or an NGO). He strongly believes that every voice in its idiosyncrasy shall be heard and taken into account for an effective public policy.
