Gabriela Pajuelo is an international relations intern at SEAT S,A (Volkswagen Group) and a sustainable finance senior fellow at 17 Asset Management. Based in Barcelona, she works directly with institutional, government and corporate stakeholders to promote a sustainable mobility ecosystem in Spain. Prior to joining SEAT S,A, she led several community building initiatives in the sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and innovation spaces. She's passionate about public policy enabling the transition of the global automotive industry, and understanding it through the scope of sustainability, gender and race. Her background in academic research has led her to publish and be credited in international journals and think tanks (IAI, SWP, ECFR, América Economía) and to become part of the AEI Student Network (Washington DC). Gabriela holds a BA in international relations from University of Navarra. She was born in Arequipa, Peru and has lived in Spain since 2018.
