Farihah Fahmy is the Global Head of Girls Education at Teach For All, where she leads on building teacher leaders and network partners' capacity for gender responsive education, surfacing network insights, and supporting partnerships to accelerate progress towards gender equity. She has worked in education, community health, and gender and social inclusion across various roles, most recently as the Capacity Building Lead on the Better Health Programme Malaysia, a UK FCDO funded global health initiative. Farihah coalesces her professional interests and personal identities as a women and girls' advocate, educator, and parent in contributing towards a gender equitable future for all. She holds a BA in political science and international development studies from McGill University, a postgraduate diploma in education from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and a Masters in Development Studies from University Malaya.
