Mamello Sejake works as the communications and advocacy consultant for sexual reproductive health and rights and gender-transformative HIV responses. She is in the process of completing a M.A in Women and Gender studies at the University of Western Cape. Their research interests and advocacy include SRHR; gender-transformative HIV interventions; identity politics and comprehensive sexuality education; LGBTQIA+ inclusions and rights; and queer interventions.
