Marta Encinas-Martin works as OECD education gender ambassador at the OECD, where she works in understanding gender gaps in education and skills. She is also developing the STEM alliance, a multi-stakeholder initiative of governments, businesses and universities working together in bringing more girls into STEM careers. Previously she worked at UNESCO on the Education for All international program and in the assessment and measurement of educational systems around the world.
