Annelise Claire is a Communications Associate at QFI responsible for content development. Annelise began learning Arabic in eighth grade because of a QFI-supported program at her school. Her interest in the language led her to study and travel in the Arab world, launch a cultural exchange program for refugees and community members in the DC area, and pursue her language studies in college and beyond. Annelise is a graduate from Davidson College where she holds a BA in Arab Studies and in Digital & Screen Media Studies. She is especially interested in the intersection of hospitality, storytelling and digital media to create connections across linguistic and cultural divides.
