Horacio Reyes León is the Education Manager in Glasswing International in Honduras. He has worked extensively with Glasswing International, USAID and Deloitte Consulting where he has lead education and governance programs. He has obtained two master´s degrees in Project Management and two graduate diplomas in Statistics and Cultural Management. He is also an active member and certified "Project Management Professional (PMP)".
