Milissao Nuvunga is the Executive Director of the Center for the Studies of Peace, Conflict and Well-Being (CEPCB). He has a Masters in Peace and Development Studies from the School of Global Studies, University of Goteborg. He has also lectured in peace, conflict and development studies. Currently, his main area of interest is the relationship between violence and state-building in Mozambique. Since 2018, Milissao has been actively involved in political education activities against violence through information gathering on the history of violence in Mozambique and its impact in shaping the discourse and practices of state-building. Milissao is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
