Enhle holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Monash University and Educates at the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre. She is most passionate about educating young and older age groups from different cultural backgrounds by using technology to further educate them about the work done at the JHGC. She is fulfilling a leadership role at the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre, especially in the growing digital content like films and virtual tours as she believes arts, visuals and storytelling is the best education tool . She works closely and extremely well with guiding diverse groups and beyond working with partners from the NGO sector in South Africa and the African continent. Enhle became the coordinator of the 'Change Makers Leadership Programme' in South Africa, Zambia and Mozambique, this programme has been launched in 13 countries in Africa. She continues to develop her leadership and critical thinking skills through attending workshops and lectures locally and internationally. Enhle is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
