Leesa is impact and ESG focused, data driven and enjoys contributing to smart commercial decision making focused on value generation, consumers, problem solving and innovation aligned to the United Nations sustainable development goals. Trained in health economics, health information management and business at the Queensland University of Technology, Leesa mentors startup founders at Stone & Chalk Adelaide, and women leaders in Vietnam, Indonesia and Laos as a consultant to the Flinders University Gender Consortium, and has worked with Cartier Women's Initiative Australian fellows. Leesa is an alumnus of the flagship diversity cohort, the Chair's Mentoring programme for the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Coralus Activator.
