Dafina is presently working as an attorney at law in Prishtina, Kosovo. She got the license from the Kosova Bar Association in January 2020. She has worked in the World Bank as a Junior Legal Expert, in cooperation with the Prime Minister's Legal Office, in a project mainly focused on the reduction of legal barriers to facilitate economic environments for businesses. Dafina gained some considerable experience in litigation in the Basic Court of Prishtina as a legal intern, and later in a law firm in the field of corporate, labor, and criminal law. She also participated in the VIS International Arbitration Moot in 2018 and is honored with the Center for International Legal Education Scholarship. Dafina received her B.A. degree in UBT College in Prishtina, Kosovo, and her LL.M. degree in Commercial Law at the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
