Diana D. Woolis

Diana D. Woolis is the Director, Center for Learning in Practice, at the Carey Institute for Global Good. She has over 35 years of experience in the field of adult and work-based learning, including in policy development, program design, research, and ed-technology at the state, national, and international levels. Her focus is education quality, access, and equity. She has published on innovations in learning in articles, papers, book chapters, and books. Diana is the architect of the Sustainable Learning Framework <https://clip.careyinstitute.org/home/sustainable-learning-framework/>, which informs all her learning design work. Prior to becoming Director of the Center for Learning in Practice, she was co-founder and managing partner of Knowledge in the Public Interest, a social learning design firm. Diana holds a Master's and Doctorate from Teachers College Columbia University and an MSW in Community Organizing from the University of Connecticut.
