Joanne McEachen, a proud Waitaha, Ngati Mamoe and Ngai Tahu woman, CEO + Founder of The Learner First, a global education consultancy. A bestselling author with 35 + years of experience as a teacher, principal, Ministry of Education country wide leader in Aotearoa New Zealand, and a global pioneer in the fields of educational design, assessment and well-being.
