Sajid Chowdhury is a founding director of the Bangladesh and UK-based communications and storytelling agency Big Blue. He is also the communications and knowledge management team lead at IMC Worldwide, one of UKaid's largest international development consultancy suppliers. For several years, while based in Dhaka and then later in London, Sajid has helped international development teams and NGOs worldwide to communicate clearly and plainly, adopt storytelling approaches to communication, and make use of audio-visual communication and technology. Since 2017, Sajid has led communications and storytelling for projects funded by DFID, UNICEF, Girl Effect, USAID, and World Bank across the themes of climate change, resilience, and women and girls' empowerment. Sajid holds an M.A. in media and development from SOAS, University of London.
