Shanaaz Majiet, MPhil, MCC An OD practitioner, Master coach, coach mentor, trainer and facilitator of leadership development with 27 years experience. Shanaaz assists individuals, teams and organisations to build healthy institutions which re-humanizes workplaces, one leader and team at a time. In addition to having held roles as a senior government bureaucrat and senior executive manager at all levels of government in South Africa, Shanaaz is also graduate from the Gestalt ISC holding the GISC's Advanced Practice OD Consulting qualification, the International Gestalt OD Programme and is an accredited Master Coach with the ICF.
