Tatiana Paduraru is a national consultant on foreign assistance for the Ministry of Health in Chisinau. She provides consultancy services for UNFPA and the WHO Country Office in Moldova on strengthening national mechanisms to better channel official development assistance provided to the Moldovan health sector. She practiced dermatology at Saint Louis Hospital in France and taught dermatology and general medicine at State University of Medicine and Pharmacy Nicolae Testimitanu.
