Doreen Toutikian is an interdisciplinary designer, researcher and a social entrepreneur. She is currently the co-founder and director of the MENA Design Research Center and of Beirut Design Week. Her focus is on design research methods and human-centered design for social impact. She holds an M.A. in European Design Studies from the Koeln International School of Design, and has won a Cologne Design Award for her book 'Design Education in the Middle East'.
