Beth Pertiller is managing director, operations & organizational development and leads the operating functions and strategies of Salzburg Global. She is responsible for developing HR strategy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and information technology at Salzburg Global. Before joining Salzburg Global, Beth spent 15 years working for several start up social enterprises. During her tenure at Recyclebank, an environmental-social community platform to increase recycling, Beth scaled up their systems, helping to expand their reach from 25,000 to 3.1 million households. Prior to Recyclebank, Beth was acting executive director at Greensgrow, a nationally recognized leader in urban farming that cultivates social entrepreneurship and community greening in Philadelphia neighborhoods. She received her B.A. in Russian and East European studies from the University of Pittsburgh, USA and is a certified yoga instructor.
