Katrin Kuhlmann is the President and Founder of the New Markets Lab, a non-profit law and development center. She is also a Visiting Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, and she serves as a Senior Associate with the Global Food Security Project of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She has over twenty years of experience in trade and development, comparative economic law (agricultural value chains and inputs, standards and non-tariff measures, services, energy, and trade corridors), international and regional trade policy, and economic legal and regulatory reform. She is published widely and frequently speaks on these topics, and she has testified before Congress on several occasions.
