Kevin C. Desouza is a foundation professor in the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University. For four years, he served as associate dean for research for the College of Public Service and Community Solutions. Dr. Desouza is also a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution and is a Distinguished Research Fellow at the China Institute for Urban Governance at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has held visiting positions at the University of Ljubljana, the London School of Economics, the University of Witwatersrand, the Groupe Sup de Co Montpellier Business School and the Accenture Institute. He has authored, co-authored, and/or edited nine books. Dr. Desouza has also published more than 130 articles in journals across a range of disciplines including information systems, software engineering, public administration, technology management, and urban affairs. Dr. Desouza has a Ph.D. in management of information systems, University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Desouza is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
