My name is Devin Van Houten. I am from a small town in Connecticut. I then moved to Charleston, South Carolina and eventually Rhode Island, where I currently attend the University of Rhode Island. I am a communications major and hopefully soon will have a minor in public relations. I have a strong interest for music and the arts. I currently promote for an entertainment organization, and I am constantly trying to expand my knowledge and connections in the music industry. I am also interested in filming and editing. I love excitement and adrenaline and I enjoy capturing moments on camera, especially with my gopro. I believe that meeting new people and learning about other cultures and trying new things, truly interests me the most. I find that traveling is the greatest way to satisfy this interest. I find that as I am growing up I hope to achieve a career that not only appeals to my interest in entertainment but allows me to help people and make a positive impact on the world.
