Saskia Fuerst is an external lecturer at the University of Innsbruck and is working on her dissertation thesis. She has a B.A. in German studies, political science and women and gender studies from Rice University and an M.A. in English and American studies from the University of Graz. Her current research areas include African American literature and film analysis, gender studies and aging studies.
