Patrick Newell is the founder and chairman of the board for Tokyo International School, 21 Foundation, TEDxTokyo, Living Dreams and a few other organizations that focus on learning and sharing. He also spends his time speaking and as a creative consultant with a focus on the development of 21st Century Skills, creativity and new models for learning. He published TED Power in May 2014 and will publish his next book in April 2015 on how parents can better understand and implement the 21st Century Skills. He holds a BA in Business from Chico State University and Post Graduate Certificate from Oxford Brookes University in International Education.
