Paul Murray is a program executive for the Children and Youth Program at The Atlantic Philanthropies. He has led a ten-year initiative to improve child outcomes through a greater use of prevention and early intervention approaches. This included the trialing, implementation and rigorous evaluation of a suite of over 50 services and has led to large scale partnership with government to embed such approaches in mainstream children's services.
