My name is Emilia DeMarco and I was born in Houston, Texas, but have lived in Fairfax, Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC, for 15 years. I am a rising junior at the University of Rhode Island studying Communications. I enjoy photography and web design and am currently the Editor for the URI Yearbook. In the future, I would like to work for the Department of Education or possibly work for a nonprofit organization that helps children, either in the United States or globally. I am extremely excited about attending the Salzburg Academy and I know I will gain a lot from this experience.
