Learning from games
FM4's Chris Cummins interviewed Mary Flanagan, Dartmouth College Professor, and founder of Tiltfactor Labs.
During the session entitled, "Health and Healthcare Series III, Innovating for Value in Health Care Delivery: Better Cross-Border Learning, Smarter Adaptation and Adoption", a diverse group of participants assembled, and immersed themselves in discussion concerning how to use innovation to make changes in health care systems. One of the many outstanding presenters at the conference, was Mary Flanagan. Professor Flanagan inspired participants to look at problem solving from a completely different perspective... through the eyes of a game designer. She was interviewed for Austrian national radio station FM4, where she elaborates on the importance and value of games in society, and how computer games can change the way we behave.
