The Loudest Duck: An Interview with the Author, Salzburg Global Fellow, Laura Liswood
Laura Liswood, co-chair of Salzburg Global Seminar Session 447, "Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women in Politics and Business", authored a book entitled The Loudest Duck in 2009. The book takes diversity beyond the initial efforts by organizations and offers management principles for institutions and their constituents on how to deal with the human nature of diversity.
